Why am I receiving this message, “Sign Up Error: Account Exists”?

I'm receiving an error message when trying to access my account.

When logging in, please make sure that you are under the “Log In” screen and not the “Sign Up” screen. If you are on the “Sign Up” screen, you must click where it says “Already have an account? Log in” to access your existing account.
