How to remove the geofence on my bot?

Updated this week

Geofences define the safe zones within which your bot is allowed to move. If you need to remove an existing geofence, follow the steps below.

Steps to Remove a Geofence

1. Go to Geofences From the left menu, click on Geofences.
โ€‹

2. Under Map Mode, select Geofences from the dropdown menu.
โ€‹

3. Under Select Bot, choose which bot's geofence you want to remove from the dropdown menu.
โ€‹

4. View the Active Geofence The map will display the current geofence area (highlighted in green) for your selected bot.
โ€‹

5. Click "Clear Geofence" At the bottom of the page, click the red Clear Geofence button.
โ€‹

6. Confirm the Action A pop-up will appear asking:

"Are you sure you want to clear this geofence? The bot will no longer have a safe zone boundary."

Click OK to confirm.
โ€‹

7. Done! A confirmation message will appear in the top right corner:

"โœ…Geofence cleared successfully"

Your bot no longer has a geofence boundary and can move freely.

โš ๏ธ Note: Once a geofence is cleared, your bot will no longer have a safe zone boundary. You can always set a new geofence by drawing a new area on the map.
