The minimum amount required to request a payout varies depending on your account model:
Evaluation Accounts: $100
Instant Lite: $100
Instant Squad: 4% of the initial account balance
Instant Special: 6% of the initial account balance
Instant Pro: $100
One Step Pro: $100 or 0.5% of the initial account balance, whichever is greater
