Customizing Booking Reasons

This guide will help when you are hoping to create booking reasons to keep track of for reporting

Whenever a user makes a booking they are prompted to select the reason for their booking.

As an Admin you can now customize these booking reasons.

To do this, first navigate to "Company Admin" in the right hand side dropdown. Then select " Settings"

Navigate to "Preferences" and on the first page under "Bookings", scroll to the bottom to select "Personalize Your Own Set of Booking Reasons"

You can then turn the toggle on and begin customizing your reasons. You also have the ability to delete or alter the order.

Once you have Saved these, it will be live for your employees.

You can view all of these Booking Reasons on the right hand side of your "Dashboard and Reporting"

You can also view this in more detail under the "Gathering Report", titled "What brings you to Gable".

If you would like to see this on an individual level, you can navigate to "Company Users" in the "Dashboard and Reporting" dropdown. Select the user you wish to review and you can see their specific survey responses detailed.
