In this article, we will cover how to approve pending bookings as an Administrator or Approver.

Once your company preferences are set within Gable, some bookings may require approval from an Admin or Approver before they are confirmed. If you are the Admin or Approver within your company, you will receive an email to take action on any bookings requiring approval.

As an admin, you also have the option to view all pending bookings from the "Company bookings" report by following these steps:

  • When you log in, go to "Company bookings" under the "Dashboard & Reporting" tab:

  • Filter "Status" to "Pending":

  • You will see anything "Pending admin approval" from there and can select the checkbox on the left-hand side of the booking to approve or decline it.
