π Why User Status Matters
User statuses help Admins track adoption, engagement, and onboarding progress across their organization. Youβll see these statuses in various dashboards and reporting views within Gable.
π Status Definitions
β Active
Users who have completed onboarding and have made a booking within the last 6 months.
π€ Inactive
Users who have completed onboarding but have not booked in the past 6 months.
β³ Partially Onboarded
Users who started onboarding but did not complete it.
Most commonly, they still need to verify their email to finish setup.
π― Onboarded
Users who have successfully completed the onboarding process.
β Deleted
Users who were removed from the company for any reason, including:
A Company Admin removal
An HRIS integration
π Not Invited
Users in your company directory who:
Have not started onboarding, and
Have not received an invite from Gable
βοΈ Invited
Directory users who:
Have not started onboarding, but
Have been invited via one of the following:
Company UsersβCompany Directory Users Tableβ InviteCompany Settingsβ Invite Teammates
These users receive an email prompting them to join Gable.
