User Statuses in Dashboards & Reporting

Learn what each user status means and how it reflects their activity on the Gable platform.

📊 Why User Status Matters

User statuses help Admins track adoption, engagement, and onboarding progress across their organization. You’ll see these statuses in various dashboards and reporting views within Gable.


🔍 Status Definitions

Active

Users who have completed onboarding and have made a booking within the last 6 months.

💤 Inactive

Users who have completed onboarding but have not booked in the past 6 months.

Partially Onboarded

Users who started onboarding but did not complete it.
Most commonly, they still need to verify their email to finish setup.

🎯 Onboarded

Users who have successfully completed the onboarding process.

Deleted

Users who were removed from the company for any reason, including:

  • A Company Admin removal

  • An HRIS integration

📄 Not Invited

Users in your company directory who:

  • Have not started onboarding, and

  • Have not received an invite from Gable

✉️ Invited

Directory users who:

  • Have not started onboarding, but

  • Have been invited via one of the following:

These users receive an email prompting them to join Gable.
