🔗 Connect Rippling to Gable
Follow the steps below to connect your Rippling account:
Click your Profile dropdown
Select Company Admin
Click Settings
In the left navigation bar, select Integrations
Scroll to the Rippling tile and click Connect
⚠️ Important: You must be an Admin in both Gable and Rippling to complete this integration.
🔐 Authorize the Connection
After clicking Connect, you’ll be redirected to Rippling to authorize access.
Review the permissions Gable is requesting
Click Authorize
👥 Choose Who Gets a Gable Account
Next, you’ll select which employees should have access to Gable.
✅ Recommended: Everyone except contractors
✏️ You may customize this selection based on your company’s needs
Click Continue
You’ll also configure when access is granted (for example, when an offer letter is signed).
Click Continue to complete the setup.
✅ Confirm Successful Connection
Once redirected back to Gable:
You’ll see that Rippling is now Connected
Click the ✏️ pencil icon on the Rippling tile to:
Enable SSO
View Advanced Settings
🔑 Enable SSO
Toggle SSO on
You’ll see confirmation that SSO has been successfully enabled
📂 Verify Directory Sync
To confirm your users have synced correctly:
Click your Profile dropdown
Select Company Admin
Click Company Users
You’ll now see a Company Directory tab at the top.
Click it to view all users synced from your Rippling dashboard directly in Gable.
🗑️ Disconnect Rippling
If needed, you can remove the integration:
Go to Company Admin → Settings → Integrations
Under the Rippling tile, click the 🗑️ trash can icon
Click Confirm
Once disconnected:
The Company Directory tab will no longer appear under Company Users
Rippling will show as disconnected in Integrations
🎉 That’s It!
Your Rippling integration is now fully configured — including employee directory sync and optional SSO.
