🎨 What is Advanced Branding?
Advanced Branding lets you make Gable look like your own tool. Once it's turned on, your employees see your company's logo and brand color instead of Gable's in:
The Gable web app header
Maps across the app
The emails Gable sends to your employees
💡 Note: Advanced Branding is a paid add-on. To turn it on, reach out to your Account Manager or email support@gable.to.
🔐 Who can set it up?
Only the Company Owner can change branding settings.
🧭 Where to find it
Log in to Gable.
Click your profile dropdown in the top-right corner.
Select Company Admin → Settings.
On the Company Profile tab, click Advanced at the top of the card.
If your company doesn't have the add-on yet, you'll see a 🔒 lock next to Advanced. Clicking it shows more info and a way to contact us.
🖼️ Add your horizontal logo
This is the wide version of your logo (for example, an icon plus your company name). It replaces the Gable logo in the app header and at the top of Gable emails.
On the Advanced tab, click Add horizontal logo.
Upload a PNG or JPEG file.
Check the preview, then click Save.
💡 Tips:
Use a PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest look.
Wide, short logos work best. In the app header, the logo is shown about 26px tall and up to 160px wide.
To remove it, click Remove, then Save. The Gable logo comes back.
🎨 Set your brand color
Your brand color is used for buttons and accents in Gable emails, and for map pins in the app.
On the Advanced tab, click the color pill next to Brand color.
Pick a color, type in a hex code (for example
#FD0102), or use the eyedropper (Chrome and Edge only).Click Save.
💡 Tips:
If you pick a very light color, Gable automatically uses dark text on buttons so they stay readable.
Click Reset to default to go back to Gable purple.
🔵 Your brand icon
Your brand icon is the round logo on the General tab (it was called "Company Logo" before). With Advanced Branding on, this icon replaces the Gable mark on map pins, so make sure it's set too.
🗺️ Where your branding shows up
In the web app
The top header, pop-up windows, and onboarding screens show your horizontal logo.
Map pins on Explore, event pages, the employees map, space pages, reservation maps, and arrival guides show your brand icon in your brand color.
Team view keeps its usual pin colors.
In emails
Booking, account, onboarding, event, visitor, and admin emails show your horizontal logo and brand color. These parts of emails stay as Gable:
The email footer
The sender name and reply address
The email text itself
In the mobile app

❓ FAQs
Why do I see the Gable logo for a second when a page loads?
On some pages, the Gable logo can flash briefly before your logo appears. This is expected and doesn't affect anything.
Will people who aren't logged in see my branding?
No. Pages before login (like the login page) still show Gable branding.
What happens if the add-on ends?
Gable branding comes back right away. Your logo and color stay saved, so if you turn the add-on back on, everything returns as it was.
Can a regular admin change these settings?
No, only the Company Owner.
