β Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure:
You are both a Gable Admin and a Google Workspace Admin
You are signed in to the Gable web app
Go to Company Settings β Integrations β SSO Provider tile β Google SAML
π οΈ Step 1: Add a Custom SAML Application
Sign in to your Google Admin Dashboard.
In the left menu, expand Apps β Web and Mobile Apps.
Click Add App β Add custom SAML app.
In the wizard, on App details:
Name the app (e.g., "Gable - SSO").
(Optional) Add the Gable logo (downloadable from the Gable SSO settings page).
Click Continue.
On Google Identity Provider details, click Download Metadata.
Click, Continue
Save this file for Step 4.
π Step 2: Set Identity Provider Metadata
Copy the ACS URL and Entity ID from Gable β paste into the Google Admin dashboard.
Click Continue.
Under Attribute Mappings, add the following, and click finish:

First name | firstName |
Last name | lastName |
π₯ Step 3: Configure User Access
On the new app page, locate User Access β Click the box to open the settings.
Toggle to turn the service ON for everyone.
Click Save.
π Step 4: Upload SAML Metadata File
Upload the SAML metadata XML file (downloaded in Step 1) back into Gable.
Click Save.
Click Test connection.
If successful, youβll see the attribute mappings result.
β οΈ Important
If your company uses multiple domains (e.g., gable.to and trygable.com), make sure all domains are added to your Company Settings in Gable.
This ensures that all employees β regardless of their email domain β can log in via SSO without issues. Refer to the help desk article here for directions.
