Adjusting Your Team's Available Workspaces

  • Here, you can toggle on or off available workspaces that your team sees on the Gable map. If a location is toggled off, your team will not see locations as bookable options for this area.

  • Gable also offers the ability for admins to set up an office space as their company HQ. This is ideal for an office already leased by the company and allows for capacity control and usage tracking, similar to regular Gable listings.

  • Setting up your HQ is as easy as selecting "add your company HQ" and creating a space name, adding an address, choosing working days, and adding the number of available seats! Just like that, you have your very own team headquarters.

Booking Seats At Your HQ

  • The booking experience for employees is similar to any other Gable listing. This HQ will be searchable on the Gable map for your team to easily find and book.

  • Admins can also book on behalf of employees by using the "assign to" drop down menu.
