๐ Getting Started: How to List Your Space on Gable
This guide walks new and returning hosts through onboarding, from account setup to listing submission.

Welcome to the Gable Host Network โ weโre excited to have you on board!
โ๏ธ Step 1: Create or Sign In to Your Host Account
Head to the Gable platform and sign in or create your host account.
Once youโre in, youโre ready to begin onboarding your spaces.
๐ Step 2: Verify Your Address
Add and confirm the physical address for each space youโre listing.
This ensures guests know where to find you!
๐ข Step 3: Add Your Spaces
You can list multiple spaces, including:
Common Spaces (Day Passes)
Meeting Rooms
Private Offices
Event Spaces
Each space will require a title, description, and check-in instructions.
๐ Pro Tips for Listings
Title: Include the space type, workspace name, and location if applicable.
โDescription: Highlight what makes the space unique.
โCheck-In & Parking: Include clear details on building access, elevators/suites, and parking.
๐ก You can choose to apply check-in and parking info across all spaces to save time.
Click Next to continue.
โ๏ธ Step 4: Set Listing Settings
Youโll now fill out:
General Info (house rules, pet policy, WiFi, on-site hours, contacts)
Seat Count & Booking Rules
Approval Type (automatic or manual)
Booking Cutoff Time (e.g., 10 AM same day or 4 PM day prior)
๐ Most common spaces use auto-approval.
๐ Most meeting rooms use manual approval to avoid conflicts, or you can connect a calendar with Google Calendar, OfficeRnD, or Nexudus.
๐ฏ Step 5: Add Amenities
Select all applicable amenities โ guests filter by these when searching!
Meeting rooms will have a few unique options to highlight too.
๐ Step 6: Set Availability
Define your open hours. You can:
Set the same hours across all spaces
Customize hours per space
Toggle on different hours per day (must be open at least 4 hours/day)
๐ฐ Step 7: Set Your Pricing
Gable does not price-regulate. List your standard prices:
Hourly rates (for meeting rooms)
Full-day options (for common spaces)
๐ธ Step 8: Upload Photos
Add at least 3 photos (can be general or space-specific)
Use the โ box in the top left corner to set a cover image for each listing
๐ท Common spaces: Show shared areas and seating
๐ท Meeting rooms: Show the specific bookable room
๐ธ Step 9: Connect Your Payout Method
You'll be redirected to Stripe to securely connect your bank account โ no Stripe account is required.
Follow the prompts and youโll be redirected back to Gable.
๐ Final Step: Submit for Review
Once youโve completed all sections, submit your listing for approval.
Youโll be notified when your listing is live and ready to receive bookings!
๐ Already a Host?
Welcome back! Log into your account and head to Manage Listings > Add More Spaces to go through the same process and add new listings quickly.
