How Hosts Can Connect their Google Calendar

🔗 Why Connect Your Google Calendar?

Connecting your Google Calendar to your Gable listings ensures bookings are automatically approved or declined based on availability. It’s a two-way sync, making scheduling seamless and helping prevent double bookings.


🛠️ Steps to Connect Your Google Calendar

  1. Log in to your Gable Host account
    Go to your Manage Listings tab or click here.

  2. Choose the location you want to connect
    Click the three dots (•••) on the top right of the listing, then select Edit.

  3. Find the Integrations section
    Under your listing details, scroll to the Integrations section and click Edit.

  4. Click “Sign-in with Google”
    A prompt will appear to link your Google account.

  5. Choose your Google account
    Select the correct account and click Allow to give Gable access.

  6. Pick the correct calendar
    From the dropdown, select the specific calendar you want to sync for this space.

Pro Tip: Make sure you’re connecting the right calendar to the right space to ensure accurate booking availability.

Once your calendar is connected, you can enable automatic booking approval. This ensures:

  • Bookings that match your availability are instantly approved.

  • No longer a need for the on-site team to manually approve bookings.
