This guide will help an Admin when they'd like to update their companies billing information and payment method.

What Does This Help Article Cover?

  • This page will cover your billing options as a company admin.

Updating your billing details:

  • On your settings page you will find billing & plans options that you can update for your account.

  • Booking plans are set up for individual users, so as a company acount, you don't need to worry about these!

  • If you're a company account of ours with a Workspace Manager or Enterprise plan, you'll already have a payment plan that was set up during the kickoff process. However, you can always add a backup credit card here.

  • Lastly, you can update your billing email address if you need to change where your team is receiving invoices and receipts.

Split Billing

  • As a company partner of ours, you are able to split your common seat and meeting room billing email addresses if needed. Contact your CSM directly or support@gable.to for more details.

Billing Schedule

  • Your team will receive an invoice for their price per users subscription cost once per month

  • Your team will receive an invoice for you team's booking payments 4 times per month on a weekly basis.
