⚙️ How Hosts Can Enable Auto-Approval for Listings
This article explains how to turn on auto-approval for your listings on the Gable platform, helping streamline bookings for common spaces, meeting rooms, and more.
🔧 How to Enable Auto-Approval
Go to your Manage Listings tab (or click here).
Find the location you want to update and click the three dots > Edit.
Select the specific space from the top section.
Scroll down to Settings, then click Edit.
Toggle on Auto-Approval, then click Save.
🏢 For Common Spaces Only:
Under the Common Space tab in your listing:
You’ll see auto-approval settings specific to shared spaces.
Be sure to define the number of seats you'd like to auto-approve (based on your total available).
📝 What the Settings Mean:
Available Seats: Total number of seats in the space.
Booking Cutoff Time: Latest time a guest can reserve the space.
Pro Tip: Set this to 3:00 PM the day of the booking to allow same-day reservations.
Enable Automatic Approval: When turned on, Gable will automatically confirm bookings without requiring manual approval (you’ll still get a confirmation email).
Max Auto-Approved Seats per Day: Set how many seats can be automatically approved.
Example: If you have 10 seats, and auto-approve 5, the remaining 5 will follow the manual approval process.
⚠️ Reminder:
For meeting rooms or private offices, a calendar integration (e.g., Google Calendar, Nexudus, or OfficeRnD) must be connected for auto-approval to function properly.
