This guide explains how to connect CLARA with Jobvite. Once integrated, CLARA will automatically screen and score candidates from your Jobvite jobs.

Use this guide if your team uses both CLARA and Jobvite as part of your recruiting workflow.

Part 1: Get your Jobvite API credentials

Jobvite does not provide API keys directly through its user portal. Contact Jobvite customer support to request your API Key and API Secret before beginning the integration.
Have your Jobvite username and password ready — you will need all four credentials to complete the setup in CLARA.

Part 2: Connect and configure in CLARA

Log into CLARA and go to Settings → Integrations. Click Add New Integration.
Select Jobvite from the list.
Enter your Jobvite API Key and API Secret.

Click Connect to ATS.
Configure Candidate Processing. Select which Jobvite jobs you'd like CLARA to track.
Configure Map Actions. Toggle the switch to enable CLARA to synchronize statuses with Jobvite. Click Next: Follow-up Questions.
Configure Follow-up Questions. Select which candidate statuses should trigger CLARA follow-up questions. This can be set up later.
Click Submit.
