Below we'll cover advanced client creation and walk you through the steps to add a new client group or entity.

Add Multiple Clients/ Legal Entity
1. Navigate to your home dashboard.
2. Click "Clients"
3. Click "New Client"
4. Click "Multiple Clients" to create a group or click "Legal Entity" for a trust/ LLC.
5. Enter in how you would like the clients to appear on all contracts. Then enter their emails and legal names.
6. Once you have entered in all the information click "Next".
Tip! You have the option to send your clients an invitation to create their own free GIC account. This is not required for them to have, but they can keep track of their documents and dates and deadlines with their own account. You can re-send this invitation at a later time if you wish to skip.
7. Toggle from "No to Yes" to send your clients an email invitation.
9. Once you have written your email you can click "Done" to send the message along with the invitation link.
Tip! Each client group you create will also create an individual account for each person within that group.
10. Your client group is now created. Click on the Group of clients to view their profile.
11. To create relationship specific documents ie: Exclusive Right to Buy click on "New Representation".
12. Select whether this client is buying or selling then click "Create Representation".
13. Click "Add Documents"
14. Click "+ New Doc"
15. Select the representation documents you would like to add to this client profile.
16. Click "Add Documents"
17. You will now see the documents you added in the representation.
