Enable the Toast integration

Follow step by step instructions on how to enable our Toast integration

Note: our Toast integration is powered by our partner PXY Data.

We are happy to announce that our Toast integration is now available for early access to customers on the Scale subscription plan. To request early access, reach out to support@getmeez.com.

Enable the PXY Data integration in your Toast account

Before we can enable the Toast integration on our end, we need you to enable the PXY Data integration in Toast. To do that, follow the below steps:

  • Log into your Toast account and click Integrations from the side navigation. Note: if you started using Toast in Fall 2024 or later - you must have the Restaurant Management Suite to be able access to the Toast integration marketplace

  • On the integrations marketplace page, search for PXY Data

  • Click Add Now to add the PXY Data integration

Let us know which locations to pull data from Toast for

You must be the meez account owner to complete this step. If you are not the account owner - please reach out to the account owner and ask them to complete this step.

After you enable the PXY Data integration in your Toast account, send an email to your customer success manager (or support at: support@getmeez.com) to let them know which locations we should pull data for. Please include the location Name and ID in the email.

It is important that the location Names and IDs include in the email match exactly what you defined in your meez account under the Concepts page.

Access your Toast sales data in meez

Please allow 2-3 business days for your data to fully sync and be available to you in meez. After the initial sync, meez will pull new data from Toast on a nightly basis.

Once fully synced, your Toast sales data will be available to you within the Analytics dashboard under a new tab called Menu/POS Reporting.
