Copying menus is available to:
Plans: Enterprise
Team Members: Account Owners, Editor Managers, and Viewer Managers
How to Copy a Menu
There are two ways to start a copy:
From the menu list: Click the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of any menu row and select Copy.
From inside a menu: Click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top of the page and select Copy.
What Happens Next
A copy modal will open where you can review and confirm the details before anything is created.
Name your copy. The new menu name is pre-filled as "[Menu Name] Copy", you can rename it here before confirming.
Choose a destination location. Select the location you want to send the copy to. You can copy to one location at a time, and it must be within the same concept you have access to.
Review recipe sharing. If any recipes on the menu aren't already shared with the target location, the modal will list them before you confirm. Those recipes, including any sub-recipes, will automatically be shared with the destination location as part of the copy.
Note: Only Published recipes are included when copying a menu. If a recipe linked to a menu item is still in Draft or Ready for Review, it won't be copied. Make sure any recipes you want included are published before starting the copy.
Once confirmed, the copied menu will appear in your menu list with all original menu items, categories, item ordering, and linked recipes intact.
