Updated over 3 months ago

WAX’s Flow Builder simplifies the creation of CRM scenarios on WhatsApp with an intuitive branching system. This video shows you how to:

🎯 Automate actions,

💬 Add and customize your messages,

😎 Offer quick replies based on button clicks in conversations.

Basics of the Flow Builder

  • Add a block: Select a block from the library and drag it into the gray area.

  • Delete a block: Click on the three dots of the block and choose "Delete."

  • Organize the flow: Connect the blocks to ensure a seamless journey.

Define the Trigger

Choose the type of trigger:

  • Trigger: For example, when a customer places an order on your website. To learn more, check out our guide on How to add a trigger to my flow?

  • Template: To send a campaign to a predefined customer base.

The Start Node must be added to the trigger.

Configure Message Types

A template is a message sent to your customers, which can include conversation buttons. After clicking these buttons, a reply is usually added.

Unlike replies, a template must be approved by Meta before it can be sent.
