Step 1: Access the segments page
Go to the "Audience / Lists & Segments" page in your WAX interface.
Step 2: Create and name the segment
Click on "Create a segment."
Give your segment a clear and explicit name to easily find it later.
Step 3: Define the segment filters
Select the criteria or filters you want to apply to this segment.
The available filters are divided into two main categories:
Tags
Click on "Tags" to display the list of tags you've already saved in WAX.
Choose the tag(s) that match your needs.
Contact Attributes
Select "Contact Attributes" to filter based on contact attributes.
Search for the attribute you're interested in and specify the value that matches your criteria.
Example 💡:
If you'd like to create a segment that includes all individuals who joined your WhatsApp Club:
Select the relevant contact attribute, "WhatsAppClub."
Add the value used in your flow to identify these users, "True."
Step 4: Finalize and save
Once the filters are configured, review the defined criteria.
Click "Save" to finalize the creation of your segment.
Your segment is now ready and can be used both in WAX and in your other CRM tools.
