Export from the Contacts View
In the Contacts view, you can filter your customers by tags, opt-in status (Opt-in or Opt-out), and add contact attribute values for each customer.
Select the customers you wish to export and click "Export" to download their information.
Export from the "Lists and Segments" View
If you're already using an existing segment, you can easily download a pre-created list or segment.
Otherwise, you can create a new custom segment based on your desired criteria.
How to create a new segment?
To create a new segment, you need to define segmentation criteria using tags and contact attributes.
For example, you can create a segment of opt-in customers who are part of your WhatsApp Club 💡
Once the segmentation is defined, click on "Create Segment" to add it to your export list.
Finalize and Export
After creating or selecting a segment, you can proceed with the export by downloading the desired contact list or segment.
These data can then be used for campaigns or further analysis.
