The mobile carrier blocked your message, either because it looks like spam or contains prohibited content. Content that triggers a block: alcohol, tobacco, weapons, sex, drugs, profanity, third-party shortened links like bit.ly, or excessive use of capital letters.
⛔ Message blocked
The recipient or their carrier blocked the send. WAX automatically suppresses these numbers to avoid retrying.
📞 Device incapable of receiving SMS
The number is a landline or a device that doesn't support SMS. WAX automatically suppresses these numbers.
❌ Unverified sender number
Your sending number has not yet been approved. Recipients receive nothing.
