Performance reporting for RCS works the same way as for WhatsApp.
Campaigns: click on a completed campaign to access its performance data
Automations: click on the relevant automation, then navigate to the Performance tab
Your flow contains RCS or SMS messages only
The display is identical to WhatsApp, with one exception: the "Read" KPI is missing from the Delivery Performance chart.
Why? With RCS, on some devices the read receipt option is disabled by default. For a read to be tracked, your contacts must have manually enabled this option for your brand, which remains uncommon in practice. With SMS, it cannot be tracked.
The available KPIs for an RCS flow are therefore: Delivered, Interacted*, and Converted.
*the ability to calculate the SMS interaction rate will be available soon. It will be based on clicks on the URLs included in the message.

By default, performance data from all channels used is aggregated into a combined view.
A channel filter allows you to refine your analysis and view the performance of each channel separately.
All dashboard data adjusts automatically based on the selected filter.
