SCHEDULED

Temporary

The message is scheduled. Delivery has not yet been initiated.

ENROUTE

Temporary

The message is in enroute state, it might be in retry or dispatched to a mobile network for delivery to the mobile.

DELIVERED

Final

The message has been delivered to the destination.

READ

Final

The message has been read by the recipient (if the recipient has enabled this feature on their device).

UNDELIVERABLE

Final

The message has encountered a delivery error and is deemed permanently undeliverable. The recipient number is in an unrecognized format or the destination is not managed.

UNDELIVERED

Final

Reception error, the message has failed to be delivered within its validity period and/or retry period.

IN_PROGRESS

The message is being processed and will be forwarded to operator's network shortly.

DELIVERED_TO_NETWORK

The message has been successfully sent to the operator's network and is currently being processed for delivery.

INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT

Insufficient funds available, for a PRE_PAY Organisation.

DAILY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED

The Channel daily limit has been exceeded, this limit is configurable with Channel API.

ORGANISATION_MONTHLY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED

The Organisation monthly limit has been exceeded, create a ticket to ask limit adjustment.

ROUTE_NOT_AVAILABLE

The destination is not covered by your Channel's routing configuration, create a ticket to request route activation.

SPAM

Message tagged as spam, create a ticket to ask further information about restriction or provide an authorization to send specific sender ID (from).
Why do I get an "Anti-spam error"

INVALID_PHONE_NUMBER

Not a phone number.

BLACKLISTED

Message to a blacklisted recipient, who already has unsubscribe from marketing communications.

PHONE_NOT_SUITABLE

Recipient’s phone not compatible with RCS messaging solution.

NETWORK_NOT_SUITABLE

Recipient’s operator network not compatible with RCS messaging solution.

MEDIA_INVALID

Media included invalid, unsupported, or corrupted.

EXPIRED

The message did not receive a final delivery status within five days and has been automatically expired by the platform.

CANCELLED

The message delivery has been cancelled following a user request. The message was not forwarded to the operator’s network and no further processing will take place.

INTERNAL_ERROR

A system error occurred during processing. create a ticket to ask further assistance
