Getting Started with Your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard
Once you claim your card and enter your email, you’ll receive a token to redeem your virtual Mastercard. Simply follow the link MyPrepaidCenter.com/redeem, register your information, and accept the Cardholder Agreement.
After that, your card details will be ready to use online or added to your preferred wallet for in-store purchases. Be sure to save your card information for future transactions.
Using Your Card
Shopping Online
Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV at checkout.
Use the same billing name and address you registered since some sites, like Amazon, require exact matches, including capitalization.
Complete your purchase!
👉 Make sure your cart total does not exceed your card balance.
Shopping In Store
Add your card to Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay. [Instructions here]
Open your wallet app, select the card, and tap at the terminal to pay.
💡 Some merchants can manually enter your card information if needed.
Retrieving Lost Card Information
If you lose your card details, use the email from noreply@myprepaidcenter.com or the Retrieval Link with your registered email. You’ll get a code to reveal your card information again and a new retrieval link sent to your inbox.
