Review Bridge customization: edit screens, copy, and language versions

Change the text and layout customers see on each Review Bridge step—per language—and reset copy to defaults when you need a clean slate.

Overview

Review Bridge customization is under Setup → Review Bridge → Customization. It is separate from Review Bridge settings, which control flow (NPS vs stars vs platforms), thresholds, and which platforms appear. Customization is where you edit headings, body copy, button labels, placeholders, and related content for each screen in the journey.

You need Admin access to open Setup.

From here you can:

  • Pick which page of Review Bridge you are editing (landing, platform picker, AI steps, feedback form, confirmation, etc.)

  • Switch language and edit that language’s content (languages come from your Review Bridge language configuration)

  • Reset the current language’s content to the default copy

  • Preview the live customer page in a new tab

Open customization

  1. Go to Setup → Review Bridge.

  2. Choose Customization in the Review Bridge dropdown (not Settings).

  3. Select the correct location in the switcher.

If you do not see Customization in the Review Bridge menu, your role or subscription may not include it—ask your account administrator.

Choose a page to edit

Use Select Review Bridge page to switch screens. Available options depend on the location type and how many review sites you have.

Page

Work in the right language

The language control lists languages available for the profile. Pick a language first; the editor loads that version of the content.

Editing one language does not automatically translate another—you maintain each language separately.

Reset to defaults

Reset restores Review Bridge copy for the selected language and location to the default version (after you confirm). Use it when translations or experiments went too far and you want the starting text back. You may need to save or reload individual fields depending on what you changed before reset.

Preview the live site

Preview Review Bridge opens your public customer link for this location in a new tab (same control as on Settings).

Tips

  • Set flow and platforms in Review Bridge settings first, then tune customer-facing words here.

  • When you add extra languages in settings, come back here to fill in copy for each.

  • Use Reset on a non-production language first if you are unsure.

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t I see “Other review platform” in the list?

That page appears only when you have more than two review sites configured for the experience.

Why is my page list only “Master location landing page”?

For a master location that has sub-locations, customization is limited to that master landing screen until you select a sub-location.

Why don’t I see the customization editor?

Your subscription or permissions may not include Review Bridge customization, or Customization may not be enabled for your account. Your account owner or GiveMe5 support can confirm what you have access to.

Why does the app show Review Bridge settings instead of customization?

Some accounts only use Review Bridge → Settings for configuration. If Customization appears in the Review Bridge menu, choose it to edit page copy; otherwise continue with Settings for flow, languages, and platforms.

Is this where I send invitations to Review Bridge instead of a survey?
