What actually happens when a page is deleted?
When you delete a fundraising page on givestar - whether accidentally or intentionally - the page is archived, not permanently removed. This means:
If your page had no donations, our team can recreate it for you so you can pick up right where you left off.
If your page had donations on it, we can restore the page in full - including your donation history.
What should I do?
Simply contact our support team and we'll sort it out for you. To help us find your page as quickly as possible, please include:
The URL of your page
Whether any donations had been made to the page
Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible and restore or recreate your page.
What about donations already made?
Any donations made to your page before it was deleted are safe. They are not affected by the page being archived and will still be paid out to the charity as normal.
