What actually happens when a page is deleted?
When you delete a fundraising page on givestar, there are two things that happen:
If your page has donations, it will be archived. We can restore the page in full - including your donation history.
If your page had no donations, it will be fully removed from our system. If you did this by accident, you'll need to recreate your page yourself.
What should I do?
Simply contact our support team and we'll be able to assist you. To help us find your page as quickly as possible, please include:
The URL of your page
Whether any donations had been made to the page
Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
What about donations already made?
Any donations made to your page before it was deleted are safe. They are not affected by the page being archived and will still be paid out to the charity as normal.
