How long does charity onboarding take?
Onboarding typically takes 3–5 business days from the point we receive your completed onboarding form, though in many cases it can be faster.
What happens at each stage
You complete the onboarding form via the onboarding link. This usually takes 10–15 minutes if you have your charity and bank details to hand.
We review your submission — our team checks your details and carries out any required compliance or identity verification checks. This typically takes 1–3 business days.
We confirm your account is set up — you'll receive an email confirming access to your Charity Admin dashboard.
Your first payout is scheduled — any funds raised for your charity (including any held prior to onboarding) will be included in the next monthly payout cycle, which runs around the 14th of each month.
What can cause delays?
Onboarding can take longer if:
The onboarding form is incomplete or information is missing
We are unable to verify the authorised representative's identity
Additional compliance checks are required
Bank details cannot be confirmed
Our team will get in touch if we need anything further from you.
What happens to funds raised while onboarding is in progress?
Any donations made to your charity before onboarding is complete are held securely and earmarked for your charity. They will not be redirected elsewhere. Once onboarding is complete, these funds will be included in your next scheduled payout.
