This article is for charity admin users only. You'll need to have been added as an admin on your charity's givestar account to access Supporters.
How to view your supporters
Log in to charityadmin.givestar.io
Select Supporters from the left-hand menu
You'll see a list of every fundraiser connected to your charity
What does the Supporters list show?
For each fundraiser linked to your charity, you'll see:
Their name and email address
The date they registered with givestar
Their bio, if they've added one
The fundraising pages they've connected to your charity
Can I see how much each supporter has raised?
The Supporters area works best as a contact list for your fundraisers. For accurate figures on how much each page has raised for your charity, use the Fundraising Pages report instead.
The Fundraising Pages report shows each page's donations, split percentage and the amount raised specifically for your charity. See Understanding the Fundraising Pages report in Charity Admin.
Having trouble?
A fundraiser is missing from the list — they'll only appear once they've connected a fundraising page to your charity
