🚨 What should I do if my Electra card is lost or stolen?
The first step is to deactivate the card from the Electra app: this blocks any use while you look for it if it has simply been misplaced.
If the card is permanently lost, it must be reported in the app so that it can be blocked.
⚠️ No refund will be issued for charges made before the card was deactivated.
🔄 Order a new card in case of permanent loss
If the card is permanently lost or stolen, deactivate it in the app and order a new one from the app.
ℹ️ The delivery of a new card will be charged.
