Link a payment method to an Electra charging card

The Electra charging card must be linked to a valid payment method in order to start a charging session.

To link or update the payment method, go to the Electra app, in the section dedicated to managing the charging card. Here's how to access this section 👇

💡If the payment method changes or expires, it will need to be updated so that the charging card continues to work and charging sessions can be started without issue.


💡 Which payment methods are accepted?

Currently, only a bank card can be linked to an Electra charging card.


⚠️ What happens if the payment method expires?

The expiry of the payment method is communicated directly in the Electra app.

If it is not renewed, the charging card will be deactivated with charging operators, in the same way as for the Autocharge feature. It will no longer be possible to start sessions with the card until a new valid payment method has been entered.
