🏷️ Customer Profile QR Codes Now Include a Timestamp (Beta)
QR codes generated in customer profiles now feature a timestamp (date and time), allowing more secure validation for access and integrations. The code auto-refreshes every 10 seconds to prevent misuse.

📆 Online Booking Portal
🆕 New visual booking view for members now available (Beta)
We’ve introduced a new online booking view for members, offering a visual tee sheet similar to the one in Golfmanager. This helps players easily see who they’ll be playing with and how the course is distributed before or after their tee time.
The booking flow has also been updated: players now select participants first, and the system automatically suggests the appropriate rates based on their profiles.

✏️ Add a detailed description to your booking types
You can now add an optional “Long description” field to each booking type. This allows you to provide more context and clarity about what each booking includes, helping golfers make better-informed decisions before confirming.

🍽️ Digital Kitchen: Real-time updates via WebSocket
The Digital Kitchen module now utilizes WebSocket technology to update order status on screen instantly—no page refresh is needed.
This enables immediate visibility of changes made by other users, improving coordination across multiple devices.
🔄 Top-up Vouchers: Automatic Reloads by Customer Tag
You can now set up automatic voucher top-ups based on customer tags, allowing tailored reload rules for different customer segments or loyalty groups.
Scheduled reloads support multiple frequencies—daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly—and run automatically at 6:00 a.m. on the chosen day.
This feature is part of the Automatic Voucher Top-up module and adds new options to the Vouchers menu.

New Commission Report for Operational Staff: A new report is now available to review all bookings in detail, automatically calculating the commission amount based on the percentage set for each resource. This feature is designed to streamline commission management and provide greater financial visibility over bookings.
Booking Report by Period: New Name and Advanced Filters: The former “Monthly Bookings” report is now called “Bookings by Period” to better reflect its flexibility. Two new filters have been added to enhance analysis: one to separate online from manual bookings, and a multi-select filter to analyse specific booking types.
Access key financial reports without the HaciendaPT module: You can now access eight essential tax and financial reports (600–609) without needing to activate the HaciendaPT module, making financial oversight more flexible.
New export and sharing options in reports: Most reports now support printing, Excel and PDF export, and email sharing—making it easier to distribute and archive key data. Some reports may be excluded due to format limitations.

Join a Game | Automatic group assignment for simultaneous sign-ups: Players signing up at the same time—such as through a shared form—are now automatically assigned the same group number, making it easier to manage group-based activities.
Join a Game | Custom preview days for activity bookings: It’s now possible to set a specific number of preview days per activity configuration, overriding the global system setting and allowing more flexible visibility control.
Join a Game | Custom string date for weekly-format activities: You can now display a custom text-based date (e.g. “Week of 3 June”) on the activity view, ideal for weekly camps or courses. Each week remains a separate activity.
Join a Game | Group identification field for participant bookings: A new group field has been added to identify participants who signed up together, especially useful for pairs or group bookings such as social tournaments or family sessions.
Join a Game | Duplicate participant sign-up validation fixed: The system now properly prevents the same player from signing up multiple times for a single activity—an issue that was not working correctly in some scenarios.
Join a Game | Handicap error handling improved: When a player requests a handicap without having a licence or handicap data, Golfmanager now shows a clear message instead of generating a system error.
Ecommerce | Unit Selector and Improved Purchase Flow: A unit selector has been added to the product detail view, allowing customers to choose quantities before adding items to the cart.
For products using the detailed view, the “Add to Cart” button is now replaced with “View More” and a product image, guiding users to a dedicated page with additional details and purchase options.

Digital Kitchen | Protection against Status Overwrites: Fixed an issue where status updates made from the POS could overwrite those set in the Digital Kitchen. Each system now preserves previously assigned statuses, preventing data loss and operational errors.
Digital Kitchen | Sound Alerts for Order Updates: A sound notification system has been added to alert kitchen staff of relevant order changes. Sounds only trigger for updates matching the visible filters on screen, reducing unnecessary distractions.
Digital Kitchen | Updated icon in POS: The “Sent to Kitchen” icon in the POS has been updated, replacing the old coffee symbol with a more representative visual.
Weather Widget: Fahrenheit Temperature Display: The weather widget now supports Fahrenheit display when selected in the CRM settings. Temperatures are automatically converted from Celsius and rounded to whole numbers for improved readability.
