✚ New ‘Edit Mode’ for Customising Buttons Directly in the POS
A new edit mode is now available in the POS, allowing staff to create, edit, and rearrange buttons directly from the terminal interface without leaving the sales screen.
This update streamlines daily operations by improving layout flexibility and usability. Users can drag and drop buttons, create new Product or Folder types, and customise their appearance and labels.

📈 Weekly Frequency Added to Automatic Credit Top-Ups
The automatic credit top-up feature now supports a weekly frequency option, in addition to monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual intervals. All top-ups are executed on the 1st day of the selected period, following the natural calendar. This enhancement offers greater flexibility for managing recurring credit renewals.

Booking Duration Selection by Drag: You can now adjust the length of a booking or block directly on the occupancy map by simply dragging across the desired time slot, making scheduling faster and more intuitive.
Custom Pricing per Booking Type: You can now set a bespoke price for individual bookings. When defined, this price overrides both standard and dynamic rates, while any extras are added on top without altering the pricing priority.
Default Display of First Participant as Customer: When the “First participant as customer” setting is disabled, the system now automatically displays the name of the first registered player instead of the generic “unknown” label. This improves clarity and ensures more accurate booking information.
Contact Suggestions Now Visible in Single-Player Bookings: A new setting, “Always Show Contacts in Bookings,” keeps contact suggestions visible even for single-player reservations. Previously, these suggestions disappeared after entering the data for one participant. This update makes it easier to select or replace contacts directly from the CRM module.

New “Gift” Button Added to the POS: A new “Gift” button is now available in the POS, enabling staff to instantly set the price of any selected item to €0. This simplifies the process of offering complimentary items or managing promotions without manually applying discounts or altering the product setup.

Refund Management in Q19 by Billing Series: You can now process refunds in Q19 by simply searching for and selecting the reference of the original Q19 payment. When uploading the file, the system automatically groups the information by billing series, showing the refund amount due to each player.
Automatic Stock Deduction in Product Split: When performing a Product Split within a package that includes stocked items, the system now automatically deducts the corresponding units from inventory based on the configured split settings. This feature requires the Post in Sale module and the use of the online POS.
Notes on Transactions Using Beneficiary Vouchers: When a beneficiary makes a payment using the holder’s voucher, the system now automatically adds a note to the transaction indicating who made the purchase. This information is displayed in the voucher’s transaction list within the online area, allowing the holder to easily identify charges made by others.
Custom Success URL for Credit Purchases: You can now set a custom success URL for each credit type, enabling automatic redirection to a specific page after purchase—such as a thank-you message or additional information. This enhancement helps improve the user experience and supports post-purchase engagement.

Edit and Delete Buttons for Blocked Slots in Coach Area: Coaches can now edit or delete their own blocked time slots directly from their personal schedule. These actions no longer require admin intervention and sync automatically with the admin view, ensuring both areas remain up-to-date and aligned.

Add Products to Orders via Barcode Scanner: When selecting Edit and scanning a product, it is now automatically added to the order list. Scanning the same product multiple times will increase its quantity accordingly (e.g. two scans = quantity 2), mirroring the behaviour already available in the Inventory module.
New “Brand” Field and Filter for Stocked Products: A new Brand field has been added to the product record, visible only for items with stock management enabled. This enhancement allows for improved classification and analysis by manufacturer or supplier.
“Brand” Filter and Column in Stock and Margin Report: A new Brand filter is now available in the stock list, enabling quicker searches and segmentation by manufacturer. Additionally, the 402 report (Sales Margins) now includes a Brand column and filter, making it easier to analyse margins grouped by manufacturer.

Bookings | Full Copy of Booking Types Including Extras and Questions: The 'Copy' button now duplicates not only the booking type but also its associated extras and custom questions. This update saves time and ensures consistency when creating new booking types based on existing ones.
Invoicing | Age Margin Now Based on Usage Date in Dynamic Pricing: Age-based pricing in dynamic rates is now calculated using the booking’s usage date rather than the current date. Additionally, when issuing memberships, the system will use the issue date instead of the creation date, preventing incorrect pricing.
Custom SEO Descriptions for Shared Links: Clubs can now define a custom description for links generated by the system—such as payment links—when shared via apps like WhatsApp or social media. This replaces the default “Sports Centre Management Software” message, enhancing link presentation and improving SEO performance.
