You can now define the minimum and maximum number of participants required for each booking type. This feature, reintroduced from a previous version, enhances flexibility and control, making managing reservations tailored to your specific needs easier.
👀 Advance Notice Limit for Online Booking Cancellations
You can now set a minimum advance notice (in seconds, minutes, hours, or days) required for clients to cancel a booking. If a client attempts to cancel outside this time frame, the system will notify them that cancellation is not possible.

📄 Add Notes When Opening or Closing the Cash Drawer
We’ve introduced a “Notes” field in the popup that is shown when opening or closing the cash drawer in the POS system. This allows you to log key details, such as discrepancies or additional comments, improving the tracking and oversight of cash movements.

🧐 Improved Date Management When Editing Classes
A new field has been added to the class editing popup, showing the original class date before making any changes.
Additionally, a dropdown calendar has been introduced to make selecting a new date easier. These enhancements provide greater clarity and control over the history of class date changes.
🖇️ Upload Any File to the Customer Profile
Reception staff can now upload files (images, videos, spreadsheets, PDFs, etc.) directly to a customer’s profile, a feature previously available only to instructors.
This update streamlines document management, simplifies administrative tasks, and ensures quick, organized access to all customer-related information.

📄 Export Inventory Data to Excel
You can now export inventory data from the Warehouse module directly into Excel. This feature enables you to review, analyze, and back up information efficiently outside the system, improving data management and providing easy access for analysis or creating secure backups.

💶 Players Can Now Pay Online Using Their Friends’ Vouchers
Your players can now pay for online bookings using their contacts’ vouchers or share their vouchers for others to use. This feature makes sharing and redeeming vouchers easier, enhancing flexibility and convenience when paying for reservations.
