Golfmanager is dedicated to enhancing your management experience. Every week, we introduce exciting new features designed to empower you. Stay informed and make the most of these innovations! 🙌
👥 CRM Module
🚫 Client Sanction Management
You can now manage client sanctions directly from their profile. While a sanction is active, Golfmanager automatically blocks new bookings across both the management software and the client’s online portal, restoring access once the sanction ends. Clients can also view sanction details and related documents from their web area.
💰 Invoicing Module
📈 Automatic Price Increase by Percentage
You can now update one or multiple products at once by applying a percentage-based increase. This adjustment affects both the base price and fixed-value dynamic prices, while leaving percentage-based dynamic prices unchanged.
🔗 Integrations
🛍️ New Adaco Integration for Stock Management
We’ve introduced a seamless integration with Adaco, enabling you to manage inventory (product creation, purchase orders, and reporting) directly in Adaco, while continuing to handle sales in Golfmanager.
The integration automates three key processes: sending sales data to Adaco, creating products in Golfmanager, and keeping stock levels automatically updated.
✨ Additional Modules
✨ New Module for Stripe In-Person Integration
We’ve added the Stripe In-Person module (also known as Stripe Terminal), enabling seamless integration of Stripe’s payment gateway at the point of sale (POS). This makes on-site payments simpler and more efficient.
