🎛️ New ‘Copy and Continue’ Button in the Occupancy View
You can now use the new ‘Copy and Continue’ button, which is available in the quick action menu when you click on a booking in the occupancy layout.
Select the booking you wish to duplicate, and when the booking details pop-up appears, click on the ‘Copy and Continue’ option. This feature allows you to effortlessly replicate the booking across different times and dates while preserving all the original booking details.
✅ Validation for No-Show and Check-In in Bookings
We’ve introduced an improvement to prevent inconsistencies in booking management by ensuring that the options “No-Show” and “Check-In” cannot be selected simultaneously.
Once the “Check-In” option is selected, the “No-Show” option is automatically disabled, as these actions are mutually exclusive.
If you accidentally select “Check-In,” you can easily fix it by choosing the “Remove Check-In” option within the booking details.

🆕 Configure the “Add Quota” Button in the POS
We have introduced a new functionality that allows you to add specific quotas directly from the Point of Sale (POS), optimizing the management of these payments.
Access the POS configuration by clicking on the Settings section and selecting POS List.
Within the POS configuration, go to the Buttons section and click on New. In the window that opens, complete the necessary fields to make the “Quota” button available.

Add Specific Vouchers Directly from the POS with the New ‘Add Voucher’ Button
This new feature simplifies payment management on the POS by allowing you to add specific vouchers directly from the interface.
To set it up:
You can access the POS configuration and select the POS where you want to add the voucher button from the POS List.
In the POS settings, go to the ‘Buttons’ section, click ‘New’, and follow the steps to ensure the new button is available on the configured POS.
📦 Warehouse Module
📦 Transfer Any Product Between Warehouses
You can now perform product transfers between warehouses directly from the Stock section. This enhancement allows you to move specific units of a product, the entire stock of a single item, or even the complete inventory of multiple products between warehouses quickly and effortlessly.
➕ Easily Add Products to an Inventory from the Stock List
We have introduced an enhancement that simplifies adding products to inventory directly from the Stock List. This update allows you to effortlessly select products and transfer them to the relevant inventory, streamlining adjustment and counting tasks.
This functionality is designed to optimize inventory adjustment processes, making it faster and easier to keep your data up-to-date.

You now have the option to show a more limited selection of tee times on the online booking portal. This enhancement is optional and gives you greater control over the tee times displayed to your customers.

Participant-Based Identification for Online Bookings: Online reservations now support participant-based identification, providing a more streamlined and personalized booking experience.
Multi-Selection with CTRL: You can now select multiple reservations by holding down the CTRL key, making reservation management faster and more flexible.
Auto-Add Participants in Academy Reservations: When creating a reservation in the Academy module and switching to a reservation type that includes participants, the selected client is automatically added as a participant.
Repeat Clients in Participant Classes: It is now possible to repeat the same client in multiple classes with participants, enhancing flexibility in class scheduling.
New Participant Tools in Academy Reservations: We’ve added a new option with an icon to easily copy participants, as well as a new “Add to Group” button in the reservation view of the Academy module.
Copy and Repeat Option Extended to Classes: The “Copy and Repeat” functionality is now available for classes, streamlining the creation of recurring bookings.
Customizable Resource Types and Resources: Resource Types and individual Resources can now be color-coded, making it easier to visually identify them in Golfmanager.
