👥 CRM Module

🤔 Booking Rule Exception per Customer

We’ve introduced a new option in the customer profile that allows specific booking rules to be bypassed. When enabled, all applicable validations—whether customer-specific, related to the group’s lead booker, or global—are skipped for that particular customer.


📦 Warehouse Module

🧾 Multiple Barcodes Per Product

You can now assign multiple barcodes to a single product by entering one code per line in a free-text field. This is particularly useful for items with variations such as different sizes or colours that are managed as a single product within the club’s inventory.

For example, a glove available in several sizes can have a different barcode for each variant. When any of these codes is scanned, Golfmanager will correctly recognise the product.


⚙️ Settings Module

📭 CC Email Routing By Area Or Module

We’ve expanded the email CC settings to allow multiple email addresses to be added and assigned to specific areas or modules.


This ensures that each type of communication is sent only to the relevant recipients based on their area of responsibility (e.g., golf operations, spa).


🚫 IP-Based Access Restriction For Users

You can now restrict a user’s access to Golfmanager by assigning a specific IP address directly within their user profile.

This is particularly useful for ensuring that certain users, such as reception or administrative staff, can only access the system from the club’s network, adding an extra layer of security to access control.


👀 View-Level Read-Only Access In Booking Profiles

You can now configure a booking profile to have read-only access to a specific view, while retaining full access to all other views.

This is ideal for staff who need to check availability in a particular area without being able to create, edit, move, or delete bookings within it.


📆 Online Booking Portal

🆕 Enhancements to Group Bookings and Past Reservations

We’ve improved the booking workflow by hiding unavailable actions on past reservations and adding a confirmation step when editing group bookings.

In addition, when rescheduling a group booking, you can now move the entire group to a new date and time in a single action.


❓ Booking Questions Asked Once Per Group

You can now configure booking questions to be shown only to the lead player in a group, rather than repeating them for each player.

This significantly streamlines the online booking process for groups, as the main player answers the questions just once and the system applies those responses to the entire booking.
