🌅 Sunrise and Twilight Indicators on the Tee Sheet
We’ve added new sunrise and twilight indicators to the Tee Sheet, making it easier to plan activities around the available daylight.
Two new lines now highlight the relevant sunrise and twilight times, which are automatically updated each day based on the actual sunrise and sunset times.
⛳️ Buggies Assigned One per Pair of Players
A booking can now give a buggy to just one player in each pair. With Automatic buggy assignment switched on, only players 1 and 3 of each flight get one, and if a player cancels or moves, the buggies are shared out again among those who remain. Your club needs the automatic buggy module installed to use it.

📄 Global Invoice Column in the Sales List
To make month-end smoother, the Sales list now includes a Global Invoice column showing which global invoice each sale belongs to. Switch it on from the column menu ⋮, then filter by empty to see at a glance which sales are still waiting for one.
📦 Warehouse Module
↩️ Return Stock Orders to Suppliers in Part or in Full
You can now return a received stock order to the supplier, either a few of its lines or the whole order. Tick the lines and enter how many units go back, or open the full return from the arrow next to the red button.
Each return creates a return delivery note dated today, and the stock leaves the warehouse it was received in at the order’s price, with the Returned column keeping count. The supplier invoice isn’t changed.
🔙 Supplier Returns Across Multiple Purchase Orders
You no longer need to raise a separate return for every order: you can now combine products from several purchase orders into a single return, with each line showing the order it came from.
Create it via Warehouse → Orders → Actions → Return. Stock leaves when the return delivery note is saved, and if you cancel the return, it goes straight back.

Get next term organised with confidence: launch a campaign and let students confirm their place before anyone is enrolled or charged, with each course copied across with the same group, coach, and times.
Track renewals by course and coach, send reminders to anyone who hasn't replied, and free up places for students who don’t renew.
