👀 Hide participants in Academy timetable cells
The occupancy view now features a "School filters" button, opening a panel that dims out anything you don't need to see — leaving only the classes that match your criteria. Filter by group status (free slots, full, no students, unpaid, first or last week of the package), package type, level, or search directly for a coach or student.

🤖 (Beta) Native MCP Connector for ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini
The new native MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector, now available in beta, enables secure, structured access to Golfmanager's data through AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. By providing rich contextual information, it allows assistants to understand your business and deliver more accurate, relevant responses.
Beyond data access, the connector also enables AI assistants to perform actions directly within Golfmanager, unlocking more powerful automations and streamlined workflows.
📅 Online Booking Portal
✅ Mandatory terms and conditions acceptance in the customer area
All customers must now accept the terms and conditions to access their account, including those imported by the club who had never accepted them before, so any update to the terms prompts everyone to accept again. Clubs now hold clear evidence of exactly which version each customer accepted, at any point in time.
👀 New Member View for Connections Only
A new setting has been introduced that allows clubs to define which bookings users can view through the online booking portal.
Clubs can now choose whether to display bookings from all members or limit visibility only to bookings made by users they are connected with.
In addition, each user can choose whether their bookings are visible to other members by enabling or disabling the “Bookings visible” option in their profile.
