🎟️ New Unit Price Field for Prepaid Unit Packages
A new Unit Price field has been added to the pricing settings for prepaid unit packages. The value entered is stored with the customer's package at the time of purchase and is used as the cost basis for each redemption.
This allows you to accurately track the value of units consumed and calculate the actual cost of every redemption.
➕ Add or Overwrite Mode for Subscription Voucher Top-Ups
Clubs can now choose whether automatic voucher top-ups linked to monthly fees add to the existing balance or replace it entirely. This gives clubs greater commercial control and prevents unwanted balance accumulation where fixed, non-cumulative top-ups apply. The setting is managed from the Subscription Voucher and Voucher Price configuration.
📊 Reports Module
📈 Voucher Top-Up and Spending Breakdown in Global Invoices
The Global Invoices Report now includes a new 'Voucher Breakdown' section that separates top-ups (+) from spending (-), distinguishing between Wallet Vouchers and Unit Vouchers.
This makes accounting reconciliation far easier, since top-ups are recorded as customer prepayments and spending as revenue, without affecting the report's totals. We're also looking into adding this section to the Global Invoices template.
➗ Calculation Summary Added to Reports
Reports now display a summary of the formulas and calculations used to produce the results, shown at the top of the report. This gives users greater transparency and confidence when validating or auditing their data.

The customer profile now organises information into main tabs (General, Bookings, Billing, Others, Comments), each with a dropdown grouping related sections.
This makes navigation quicker and helps you find the information you need without scrolling through one long page
