In Golfmanager, we keep working to improve your experience as a manager.

Therefore, every week we develop new features that we want you to be informed about so you can get the most out of them. 🙌

✉️ Payment deadline for debts in customer shipments

Now, when sending a customer the payment of a debt through the link/email you can set a payment deadline and, if the customer does not pay within this period, the system will automatically delete the booking and/or delivery note.

🎨 Main Menu Style

We have changed the style of the main menu so that:

  • You can easily see which module of the software you are in.

  • Quickly see and access items within a menu.

👨‍🏫 Class types per teacher

Add in the teacher's profile the types of classes he/she can teach so that only those options are shown when booking a class.

It is very common that there are teachers in a golf school with different profiles (assistants, teachers, etc.) and that each one of them has different prices. With this new functionality, you will be able to manage your school without errors.

🔐 Server with your back-up

As a good software company, we have to be prepared even in the worst of situations.

That's why, if our server is down, you will be able to access our backup with read-only permission. In addition, from this page, you can consult the support bubble and keep an eye on the status of the issue.

To access your backup, just replace the domain .com with .today (e.g. demo.golfmanager.com/admin with demo.golfmanager.today/admin) with your usual username and password. You can find more information about this in our Help Center.

🖨️ Ticket printer software certification

We have certified the ticket printer software with Microsoft and the main antivirus programs on the market so that you won't have any issues when they have updates.

If this has ever happened to you, we recommend downloading the latest version. Please reach our Tech Team if you have any questions.

🎨 Inventory screen redesign

As part of the redesign process we have already started, we have applied some changes to this screen by regrouping the buttons on how to add products to the inventory. Now, it is easier to see the different ways you can add products.

💰 Integration with Cashdro

After Cashkeeper, comes our second integration with cash management machines.

With Cashdro, your employees will not have to touch the money or make any payment procedures. The system will send the amount to be collected to Cashdro for the customer to enter the money and the payment will be done automatically in Golfmanager.

So that:

  • Your employees do not touch the money, making their work cleaner, faster and safer.

  • They don't have to waste with payment procedures.

  • You avoid cash overflows.

  • Your players will be served faster.

Our support team has already migrated all the help articles that we had before in one of the Golfmanager tabs to our Golfmanager Help Centre in Intercom so you can quickly have a look at them from the blue bubble in the lower-left area of the software.

All these articles can also be found on the top right-hand side of each screen in which we try to explain every detail of the software.

We recommend that you read and learn from these articles to gradually master more aspects of the management tool. These articles are constantly updated by our team including new developments, customer requirements, etc.

📲 Easier booking process for guest players

In the Golfmanager widget and App, when booking a green fee for a partner, you will optionally not have to enter their name and email address to make the booking experience quicker and easier.

🕵️‍♀️ Your customers can choose whether they want to be found online

We have added a "public profile" option to the customer's profile. If the player has this option activated, they can be found by other players when booking online (or via the App) to include them in their booking.

If you do not have the public profile activated, you will be invisible to other players and they will not be able to associate you with any booking.

🎨 We added the timeline in the occupancy view

We have added a red line in the occupancy that shows you the time. This makes it easier for you to assign the next available time.

🎨 In-cell hours

If you have resources with different intervals, this option in the "occupancy view" will come in handy. With the time inside the cell, and not on the sides, you will be able to see perfectly at what time you are adding a booking.

🎨 Responsive booking grid

We have adapted the mobile view of the booking grid by removing some things, introducing the time inside the cell, and forcing the width of the cells to adjust to each mobile screen. Now, it will be much easier for you to manage your bookings from your phone.

🚀 Create the POS button faster

Previously, you had to (1) create a product and (2) go to the POS section and create the button. We make this process easier for you by adding a button on the product, fee, voucher, and booking type tab so you can create the button without leaving the page and with certain options already filled in.

🎨 New Design in the POS button creation process

Now, the design when creating the button is simpler and more intuitive.

🚀 Add the name or label right from the start

Before, you had to edit a booking to add players coming through a tour operator. With this improvement, you will do the same task much faster. Type in the player's name and all bookings to the tour operator will be created associated with the player's name.

The same for the label on the booking. What is the label on a booking for? For example. You can make notes on the booking and identify it as "Provisional" so that a tag appears on those bookings to alert you to something. It is similar to leaving a note associated with a booking.
