🛒 Cancellation of a reservation partially online 💥
Online bookings can now be partially canceled by your players. Customers often make a booking for 4 players, pay for it, and then have to cancel one of them.
Previously, they had to delete all four bookings and make them again, but now the process has been greatly improved, and only the desired booking can be deleted.
The product page has been updated with the following changes:
The dynamic prices have been unified under the "dynamic rates" tab. Thus, you will have the gross price on the main tab as "fixed price" and in this tab be able to play with the dynamic prices by connecting to a base product or playing with certain variables (date, day of the week, time, etc.).
Many sections have been hidden to simplify this page. If you activate the option "manage stock" or "Advanced options", you will be able to see them again. Above all, we have made important changes to the stock products. The attributes and stock information are on the same main screen to make it easy to continue adding or editing this information for a product with these characteristics.
Finally, we have added a tab that lets you view all the variants of a product. We have added a "parent" or "variant" label next to the product name so you can identify whether a product is a variant of another.
🛍️ Improved labels
Our shop products labels are now printed with the color and size always visible, and if the name is very long, it can appear in two rows.
📊 Daily report improvements
To make it easier for you to see all your results at a glance, we've collapsed the subfamilies in the daily report. Each sub-family can be expanded for more information. To get that data quickly, we have added the totals at the bottom.
📊 Settlement report improvements
We have implemented many changes to the Settlement report:
Initially, collections appear in a horizontal section (previously, they were vertical and took up almost the entire screen). In addition, we have listed which collections have been made for past sales.
An alert section has been added so that you won't miss unbilled sales or uncollected advances.
Our goal was to make the production summary easier to understand for users by sorting and grouping it. Scroll down its section to see the details of the "pending payment" or "paid".
In case the club has linked spreadsheets, we have kept the Excel export in the old format.
