📅 Periodic evaluation for dynamic pricing
Until now, dynamic prices could only be made per day or per hour, but now you can make them over an entire period, which is going to be super interesting for you. You can say, when creating a dynamic rate for a product, that depending on the number of times that particular customer has visited, it costs one price or another. You might not have understood it correctly, but it is very powerful. Offers can be made in the following style:
You get a 10% discount the third time you visit in a month.
The 10th time you play in the same year, you will receive a FREE green fee.
We are offering a 50% discount for the first green fee of the quarter. For the rest of the quarter, the normal price will apply.
Basically, many combinations can enhance your offers and make them more interesting.
🕤 Hourly evaluation for dynamic pricing
Until now, dynamic pricing calculated occupancy for the entire day. In other words, I want to sell the first 20 green fees of the day for X.
However, some strategies suggest evaluating each hour of the day separately. As an example, if you sell every 10 minutes, you will have 24 players available.
For example, you can have X discount for the first 8 players of each hour, X discount for the next 8 players, and no discount for the last 8.
Adapt your strategy to dynamic rates like the big industries and like many golf courses that are already reaping the benefits.
Observation. There will be a supplement on the monthly fee for this option since it requires more calculations and more load on the server. To request its activation, contact the Support Team.
🏌️♂️Online classes are now available
It is now possible to hire private classes through the web. Up until now, it was only available in the widget and app, but now it's available on the Golfmanager booking engine as well.
Ensure your Academy plugin is set up well so teachers have well-defined schedules, make visible the types of classes that interest you, and digitize the academy management process.
