Introduction
Scheduled Tasks is one of the great advances in this new version. It does not have a section where you can configure anything, but it gives you information on how many times each task has been activated.
This module allows you, as the name says, to automate certain repetitive and manual tasks. Here some examples:
Now available :
- Reservation reminder . Send an email to each player with a reservation X minutes, hours or days before the reservation.
- Birthday congratulation . Automatically send an email to the client who has a birthday. It is necessary that you register your client's date of birth, and that they have an email.
- Cancellations Sign up . Cancel activity proposals that have not reached a minimum number of registrants and notify those registered.
- Issue receipts to partners, generate those invoices and send them by email.
