Report Cards let you share daily pet updates with owners—complete with photos, highlights, and notes—directly from Goose Admin. They’re mobile-friendly and quick to create, so you can easily keep pet parents in the loop.

You’ll find Report Cards in your left-hand navigation menu, just below Customers.

Upload Pet Photos (Optional)

Start by uploading pet photos in the Pet Photos section. These can be reused in your report cards.

Create a Report Card

  • Go to the Report Cards tab.

  • You’ll see a list of pets currently at your facility (based on the “Who’s Here” filter).

  • Click a pet’s name to begin their report card.

Add Content

Each report card can include:

  • Photos: Upload, reorder, and caption images.

  • Highlights: Add up to five short notes about the pet’s day.

  • Description: Write a short summary (up to 700 characters).

Note: All content is optional. You can create and send a report card with just one or none of the above.

Share with Pet Owners

You can send report cards through:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Public link (viewable without login)

Once someone opens the link, the report card’s status will automatically update to Viewed.

Once shared, report cards are also stored in the My Account section of the pet owner’s profile. They will remain accessible for up to six months.
