Dashboard filtering

Filtering on the Dashboard now accounts for in-stay invoices tied to a pet’s visit.

  • If a pet has an in-stay service (ex: grooming during daycare or boarding), they will now appear in the relevant dashboard filter for that service.

  • The pet will only appear on the day the in-stay service occurs, keeping daily views accurate.

  • This improves visibility for facilities running multiple services within the same stay, such as grooming.


Invoices

We’ve added a few enhancements to make invoice information easier to interpret.

Credit details

  • Hovering over applied credits now shows:

    • Credit value

    • Tax amount associated with the credit

Clearer dates

  • Invoice dates now include the year to remove ambiguity when reviewing historical records.

See when and by whom a reservation was booked

  • Displays the timestamp the reservation was created

  • Shows who booked the visit (e.g., admin email)


Confirmation + Cancellation Emails

Facilities can now manage confirmation and cancellation reservation notifications directly from the Confirmations & Reminders settings page.

For each service type, you can configure recipients:

  • Send to Pet Owner

  • Send to Admin

  • Send to both

  • Send to neither

Changes apply immediately after saving.
