Setting Hours of Operation

Create hours of Operation help define when pet owners can book reservations and bring in/pick up their pets.

There are two main parts to Business Hours:

  • Regular Hours - Sets the general time your business is open

  • Check-in/Check-out Hours - Informs the pet owners when they are able to check-in/out their pets from your facility. These will only be visible if you select a Check-in/out policy that requires or encourages a pet owner to select a time.

Hours of Operation are set independently for each Primary Service (Ie Boarding, Daycare).

To set up your Hours of Operation take the following steps:

Regular Hours

  1. Click into configuration settings

  2. Open the Primary Service you would like to edit

  3. Select Hours & Fees

  4. Under each day that you are open click the toggle next to the day of the week and select the open and close time.

    • If you are closed in the middle of the day, you can click Add Time Block to add the different windows that your business is open.

  5. Repeat step 4 for Primary Service

Check-In/Out Hours

  1. Click into configuration settings

  2. Open the Primary Service you would like to edit

  3. Select Hours & Fees

  4. Under Regular Hours click Add Time Block

  5. Click the Regular Hours dropdown and select Check-in/out Hours

  6. Set the time frame you would like the Pet Owners to Check-in/out their pet

  7. Repeat for each day of the week and each Primary Service
