Here’s how we handle situations where you are not satisfied with the service you receive.

They will Bill you Only After Confirmation

First and foremost, your lawn company will bill you after you have confirmed that their service is completed to your satisfaction. They will not charge your card upfront, giving you peace of mind that you only pay them directly for services you are happy with.

If something isn’t right with the service you received, you have the option to dispute it with your free GreenPal account.

How to Dispute their Service

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  1. Dispute the Service: You can initiate a dispute directly through your GreenPal account when they bill you; click the link "Problem with my Service" under their photo of their completed work

  2. Notification to Your Lawn Care Service: Once your dispute is filed, your provider is notified immediately via your free GreenPal account.

  3. Resolution: Your lawn care provider may work with you to make it right. This could mean fixing the issue or addressing your concerns about the service provided. Also, reach out to them directly to work through any issues.
