This photo is then sent to you via email and is also available on your free GreenPal account on the web or mobile app.
Review Period:
You will have until midnight the same day to review their photo and ensure their work meets your expectations.
During this time, if you find any issues or are not satisfied with the service, you dispute their service with your free GreenPal account before they bill your card directly at midnight with their card processor account.
Ensuring Satisfaction
Your Review Window: This period allows you to verify that the lawn has been mowed to your satisfaction.
Customer Support: If anything doesn’t seem right, you can contact the lawn company you hired directly with your free GreenPal account to address any issues.
Payment Security
No Upfront Charges: They will not bill your card until you confirm that their job was done correctly.
Automatic Billing: Once you approve the service, the lawn company you hired will bill you automatically after each visit directly from their card processor account that they have connected to the GreenPal network.
