For security reasons, lawn Companies paying to use the GreenPal network do not accept prepaid or gift cards. To ensure smooth and secure transactions, you need to use a valid debit or credit card that will accept the charge amount. Here are a few steps you can take if you encounter issues with your card:

  1. Add a New CVC Code: Sometimes, updating the CVC code on your card can resolve the issue.

  2. Update Expiration Date: Make sure the expiration date on your card is current.

  3. Try a Different Card: If the previous steps don't work, try using a different valid debit or credit card.

  4. Contact Your Bank: Your bank might flag the charge if they don't recognize the vendor. Call your bank to approve the charge, keeping in mind that the charge will appear in the vendor's name, not GreenPal.

It is important to note that GreenPal does not bill your card, as the lawn company you hire will bill your card directly with their card processor they connected to their account.

  3. Verification: The system will verify if your card can accept the charge amount. If it fails, you may need to call your bank or try a different card.
